It’s been a mixed couple of visits to Anfield this week for Arsenal.

On Monday night, despite taking the lead through Alexandre Lacazette, the champions Liverpool roared back to win 3-1.

Less than 72 hour later, the two met again at the same venue in the Carabao Cup fourth round.

The tie finished goalless and went to penalties.

Lacazette, Cédric Soares, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Nicolas Pépé and Joe Willock all converted as the Gunners snuck through 5-4 in the shootout.

They’ll now host three in a row winners Manchester City in the quarter-finals in December.

Arsenal also found out their Europa League group phase opponents on Friday.

They’ve been drawn in Group B alongside Rapid Vienna, Molde and Dundalk.

Back in the Premier League, Mikel Arteta’s side started with two wins out of two over Fulham and West Ham before Monday’s loss.

Will they return to winning ways?

Sheffield United meanwhile are still pointless and yet to score a goal.

Last time out, the Blades lost 1-0 to Leeds United at home in a Yorkshire derby.

Prior to that, Chris Wilder’s men had lost 2-0 to Wolverhampton Wanderers and 1-0 at Aston Villa.

Can they get off the mark in North London?
