Hosts Manchester United were seemingly in crisis less than a month ago when Tottenham turned them over 6-1.

However, since then, the Red Devils have stabilised in the Premier League, beating Newcastle United 4-1 and drawing 0-0 with Chelsea.

But it’s the performances in the UEFA Champions League that have improved the mood around Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s team.

On Wednesday, Marcus Rashford came off the bench to get a hat-trick in a 5-0 demolition of Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig.

Rashford becoming the first Man United substitute to score a hat-trick since his manager 21 years ago.

That made it two wins out of two in Europe for Man United having beaten Paris Saint-Germain away eight days earlier.

This leaves them in a commanding position ahead of a double-header of fixtures against Group H’s pointless club İstanbul Başakşehir.

They’re currently 15th in the Premier League though so will they leap up the table with a win here?

As for Arsenal, they travel north having lost back to back league games.

Last Sunday night, the Gunners were beaten 1-0 by Leicester City at home, following a defeat by the same scoreline at Manchester City.
